Faversham Film Society

Faversham Film Society is a non-profit making organisation that aims to show the best of modern British, American independent and world cinema - films that aren't normally shown much outside of London.

The Film Society shows about 20 films a year, always on a Monday night mostly at 7.30pm. The listings are marked as Faversham Film Society. We are lucky to be able to show our films on a big screen at the splendid Royal Cinema.

All films are accompanied by extensive film notes and we welcome feedback on films with our after-film reaction slips, or just tell us what you thought. Suggestions for future films are also welcome.

There is no membership fee - anyone can turn up and buy a ticket and all are welcome. If you haven't already signed up for the Film Society's mailing list, just send your email contact details to favfilmsoc@gmail.com and you'll not only receive programme information and reminders but also our detailed film notes direct to your inbox.

If you have any suggestions about films you would like to see, either click on the contact link or see us in person at the Film Society table in the cinema lobby before the screenings.

There is also a Faversham Film Society Facebook page.

See you at the movies !
